ORIENTATION
 (WHAT THIS IS/WHY THIS EXISTS)
Â
This Work Begins After Sobriety
Getting sober is an initiation.
What often comes next is quieter — and harder to name.
For many people in long-term recovery, there’s a moment when the external structures are in place, but the inner world still feels unsettled. Old patterns soften but don’t fully release. Emotional reactivity remains. The body holds stories the mind has already outgrown.
This doesn’t mean something has gone wrong.
It means integration is being asked for.
The Soul Integration Mentoring Journey is a private, one-on-one container for people in recovery who are ready to live from what they’ve already earned — not by striving harder, but by allowing the work to land in the body, the nervous system, and daily life.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
THIS IS NOT EARLY RECOVERY SUPPORT
This work is not about staying sober.
It’s about becoming whole.
This mentoring journey is designed for people who:
-
Are no longer in active crisis or early-stage recovery
-
Have engaged deeply with 12-Step work, therapy, or other inner work
-
Feel emotionally or spiritually “in between” — no longer who they were, not yet fully at home
-
Want a grounded, relational space rather than another framework to perform
This is a space where nothing needs to be proven.
Only met.
HOW THE JOURNEY IS HELD
A 12-SESSION MENTORING CONTAINER
Â
This work unfolds over twelve private sessions, held at a pace that supports integration rather than intensity.
Each session is responsive, relational, and grounded in what is actually alive in your life — not a preset curriculum or belief system.
Together, we work with:
-
Shame and identity loops
-
Emotional reactivity and nervous system patterns
-
Breath and somatic awareness as anchors
-
Boundaries, trust, and self-authority
-
Living from presence rather than self-monitoring
The arc is not about fixing — it’s about remembering how to inhabit yourself.

FROM PEOPLE WHO'VE WALKED THIS PATH
"Working with Howard helped me interrupt patterns I couldn’t see on my own. The tools and reflections we worked with still guide me today. I carry his teachings with me — especially in moments that once felt overwhelming."
Â
-Â Laura C.Â
"Howard has a rare ability to see beneath behavior to what’s actually driving it. Through our work, I was able to release beliefs I didn’t realize were shaping my life. I move through my days now with more clarity and self-trust."
-Â Jamie P.
"Traditional talk therapy had taken me as far as it could. This work helped me experience myself and the world differently — not conceptually, but in my body and daily life. I’m deeply grateful for the guidance I received."Â
-Â Gen S.
