Living Altar: Integration & Presence Sessions
A 5-Month 1:1 Journey
with your guide, Ena Vie
Â
There are seasons in life when something begins to shift.
Old ways of being no longer hold.
The body feels different.
Emotions rise more quickly.
Relationships begin to surface in new ways.
And there isn’t a clear map for what comes next.
This is not a problem to fix.
It’s a threshold.
This work is a space to be met inside that threshold—
with presence, care, and real support as your life unfolds.
Â
✦ What This Is
Â
This is not a program to complete.
This is a space where we meet what is actually happening in your life—
gently, honestly, and in real time.
We slow things down enough for you to:
feel what’s present
begin to understand your patterns without being ruled by them
and come home to your authentic self
Â
✦ Who This Is For
Â
This work tends to support women who are:
• moving through a life transition or identity shift
• navigating perimenopause, postpartum, or emotional overwhelm
• integrating past healing work or plant medicine experiences
• noticing patterns like people-pleasing, shutdown, or reactivity
• wanting to feel more grounded, present, and connected to themselves
Â
✦ How We Work Together
Â
We work over a 5-month container.
Each month includes:
• 2 deep sessions (75 minutes)
A space to slow down and explore what is present in your life.
• 2 check-in sessions (20–25 minutes)
Gentle touchpoints for support, grounding, and staying connected between sessions.
Â
This is not a homework-based process.
There is nothing you need to keep up with or complete.
Between sessions, I may offer simple, personalized invitations or practices you can return to if they feel supportive.
You’ll also have access to a small, curated library of meditations, yoga nidra, and grounding practices to support you along the way.
Â
✦ The Way This Work Moves
Rather than following a fixed structure, we move in a natural arc:
• arriving and creating safety
• developing awareness and presence
• gently exploring patterns and emotional responses
• bringing this awareness into relationships
• integrating what’s shifting into your daily life
We go at a pace your system can integrate.
Â
✦ What Becomes Possible
Over time, many women begin to:
• feel more grounded in their body
• recognize patterns without being consumed by them
• respond rather than react
• reconnect to their voice and inner knowing
• move through life with more steadiness and honesty
Â
✦ What This Is Not
This is not:
• a quick fix
• a high-pressure coaching program
• a place to perform healing
This is a space to:
be met, unwind, and come back into relationship with yourself
Â
✦ Investment
$4,200 for 5 months
Â
✦ Closing
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
You don’t need to be in a perfect place.
You just need to be willing to meet yourself where you are.

If this resonates, you’re welcome here.

If you choose a payment plan, you are still committing to the full program fee. All payments are non-refundable and non-cancelable, and early withdrawal does not end the financial commitment.
