About Us

Meet the Founders

The Integration Institute was co-founded by Dr. Howard Lipp and Ena Vie, seasoned guides, educators, and mentors with a combined legacy of over two decades of experience in healing modalities, plant medicine facilitation, and integration coaching. Together, they are committed to helping people reclaim their inherent wholeness by weaving together wisdom from ancient traditions, modern practices, and their deep personal experiences.

• Dr. Howard Lipp, PhD: An integration specialist, reverend, coach, and educator with 16+ years of experience guiding individuals in psychedelic journeys and integration work and a love for helping people reclaim wholeness, Howard combines his engineering mindset, musical mastery, and Eastern Mysticism and Philosophy, Kabbalah, and science with a heart-centered approach, bridging science and spirituality.
• Ena Vie: A red road trained medicine woman, with a masters degree in indigenous science, musician, healer, and facilitator with 16+ years of experience guiding individuals in psychedelic journeys and integration work and a deep love for helping people find their voice and reconnect with the rhythms of life. Ena integrates music, ceremony, and somatic practices to create transformative experiences.
